Renting my fully furnished apartment for 3 months with everything you need to live.

It consist of kitchen, bedroom (180 cm bed) and a living room (with a sofa bed)

It is ideal for a couple or 2 friends looking for a temporary place to start their life in Berlin, for example.

The location is perfect, in a quiet street with some nice international restaurants (african, surianamese and korean food), just a few meters from the ubahn (U8) hermansstrasse and the ringhbahn. There's a Netto, DM and Rewe just around the corner too and in 5-10 minutes walking you're in Tempelhof and in Schillerkiez.

I am super happy to provide recommendations in the neighborhood!

Visits are possible after 18 or in the weekends, but I can be flexible.
Happy to show you over videocall too.
Small pets are welcome as long as you take responsibility for any damage they may cause.
If you have liability insurance then it's a +, since it will protect you and me from any damages and since I requiere a very small deposit this is a nice extra to have.
