2 rooms available from 15.11.2024 in a 4-person WG near Dammweg/Sonnenallee (1 year but let’s see).

Over 22yo BIPOC/Queer preferred (duh). Single occupants only! It is important to us that we align on certain things (from politics to cleaning schedules). Our 2 former flatmates left because they moved together as a couple, but also because they picture this flat as a flat for convenience. We are really willing to build a sweet and comfy space for the 4 of us, with a rhythm and structure that suits everyone :^)

We would love it if you’re 420-friendly, and don’t mind making conversation in the kitchen from time to time. We are open and friendly. Would be great if you’re that way, too. 🙂

Room 1: 28 sq. m. 700 Euros warm. You’ll need some furniture (pieces in the pictures are gone) but you’ve got ample space.
Room 2: 16 sq. m. 505 Euros warm. One of the walls is partially covered by a mirror (a gift for your outfit checks). You’ll need furniture, too.

You’ll be living with:
Noélie (she/her/they/them) - She lost her job a few days ago because the really cute restaurant she was working at closed (bummer). Big on Photography, movies, preparing elaborate meals, wearing cute outfits and finding something cool to do every day. Noélie speaks French, Spanish, English and ein bisschen Deutsch, but slays the pronunciation.

Tejus (he/him but an ally all the way) - Currently at the beginning of his advertising job here in Germany. Loves to yap and do things slowly. Probably neurodivergent and has a good day more often these days. He speaks English, Hindi and ein bisschen Deutsch auch. He’s trying to get back into reading and he’ll tell you every now and then about how he’s glad he deleted Instagram from his phone.
