Teil der Wohnung sind ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer sowie Küche, Bad und Flur. Die hohen Decken und der schöne Dielenboden verleihen der Wohnung einen gemütlichen Altbaucharme, so dass man sich hierin direkt sehr wohlfühlt!
Die Wohnung kann teilmöbliert oder leer übergeben werden.

As I am moving out of my beautiful flat in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) in December, it is available for temporary rent from 01.12.24 to 23.02.25.
The flat consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The high ceilings and the beautiful floorboards give the flat a cosy charm, so that you immediately feel very comfortable here!
The flat can be handed over partially furnished or empty.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal.
In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, dm und vieles mehr ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die S-Bahn Stationen Bornholmer Str., Schönhauser Allee und Gesundbrunnen sind in direkter Nähe, so dass man hier sehr gut angebunden ist. Es gibt einige Cafés, nette Bars und auch der Mauerpark ist direkt um die Ecke.

The location of the flat is ideal.
There are various shopping facilities nearby: Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, dm and much more are within walking distance. The S-Bahn stations Bornholmer Str., Schönhauser Allee and Gesundbrunnen are in the immediate vicinity, so you are very well connected here. There are several cafés, nice bars and Mauerpark is just around the corner.
In den Mietkosten sind Heizkosten, Strom und Rundfunkgebühren enthalten.
Die Wohnung wird entweder teilmöbliert oder leer übergeben. Da ich im Dezember in eine neue Wohnung ziehe, würde ich gerne so viele Möbel wie möglich mitnehmen. Dies kann aber individuell abgesprochen werden.
Die Untermiete ist mit der Vermietung abgesprochen.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir gern einfach eine Nachricht und wir vereinbaren in den nächsten Tagen einen Besichtigungstermin. :)

The flat will be handed over either partially furnished or empty. As I am moving into a new flat in December, I would like to take as much furniture with me as possible. However, this can be arranged individually.
Subletting has been agreed with the landlord.
