Bright flat sublet in Sonntagstr. (Feb 16th - April 23rd)

I am renting my fully-furnished and centrally-located flat from February 16th (or potentially as early as beginning of the month) until April 23rd (or 17th) with the option of an extension from May 5th until June 9th. Flat visit ideally until the 5th of January.

The flat is located in Sonntagstr. in Friedrischain, a lively area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets (including one of the very few that is open on Sundays!). The flat is very bright on the 3rd floor and with a balcony.

My flat is important to me and I only rent it out to careful people when I'm away on work-related travel.
The flat comprises two rooms: a living/dining room opening onto the kitchen, a bedroom with working space and a spacious bathroom. The flat has all the necessary amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher and kitchenware.

I would ideally like a couple (without kids) or just one person to occupy the flat for the whole period. No parties allowed, no smoking.

Transport: 6min walk from Ostkreuz with connections to all over the city.
