I am away for a couple of months over winter and would love to rent out my beautiful apartment while I am gone.
You need to be a nice person, clean, non-smoker (or outside smoker), respectful etc.. all those key words :)
The apartment is on the top floor with tons of light. It has just been renovated and is fully kitted out. Concrete floors, beautiful kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, great workspace if you work from home. Flat screen, queen size bed etc.
Nice kitchen / living space on one side and working / sleeping on the other.
All mod-coms are there: Great induction stovetop, top of the line oven. Fridge with freezer, dishwasher etc.
200mb/s internet also available and designated workspace with wall mounted monitor.
Although it is directly at Alexanderplatz, somehow the apartment is still very quiet and super warm.
