Hello! I’m offering one room for one person in my 60 m2 flat right by Weissensee (with balcony and direct view of the lake 🙂) for December, January, & February. It’s a few minutes away from trams that take you straight to Mitte (Alexanderplaz is 20 mins away), and it’s really well connected to Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, and Wedding. Plus, from the back of the building you can go straight to the lake which is 2 mins away and has a really cute park.
The cost of the room with everything (internet, electricity, heating, & ARD) is 600 eur.
You’re sharing the flat with me - a Romanian girly who’s clean, fun, and up for cooking, movie nights, raves; or giving you lots of space and privacy. Whatever’s the vibe. Feel free to write me if you want to see the flat in person or via Skype.

We are right by the Weissensee lake, 3 mins away from M4, M13, and 12 which connects us to Mitte, F-hain and Wedding. Greifswalder Str rign bahn is also 10 mins away.
There are supermarkets within a few minutes walk (Edeka, Netto).
Pets are allowed :)
