ich vermiete meine 2 Raum Wohnung (55qm) vom 14.01.-11.04.25. unter. Eine Verlängerung um 6 Monate ist ggf., wenn gewünscht, möglich (entscheidet sich Anfang Februar 25).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 min zu Fuß entfernt: REWE, Lidl, dm, Apotheken und das Gesundbrunnen Center. Die Wohnung ist perfekt angebunden. 10 min zu Fuß ist die S+U Gesundbrunnen station wo U8, ringbahn, FEX und weitere S Bahnen fahren (S1,S2,…).
Die Wohnung bekommt viel Tageslicht weil sie sich im 2. OG befindet. Ich besitze ein 1,80m breites Bett mit 2 Matratzen, einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer und schnelles WLAN (100Mbit).
Die Miete beträgt 1350€ inklusive aller Rechnung und die Kaution 800€.

I‘m subletting my 2 room apartment (55sqm) near Berlin- Gesundbrunnen from 14.01.-11.04.2025. Extension for another 6 months might be possible if needed (will be confirmed beginning of February).
You have everything close by (5min walk): dm, Rewe, Lidl, pharmacies and Gesundbrunnen center with many more shops.
10 min walk away is S+U Gesundbrunnen where you’ll find Ringbahn, U8 and several S Bahn like FEX to the airport and mainstation, S1,S2, and so on.
The apartment has a lot of daylight because it’s located on the 2nd floor, a bed with 2 mattresses which is 1,80m wide and an adjustable working desk in the bedroom
The bathroom has a bath tub.
I just recently purchased most of the furniture.
1350€ rent per month including all bills. I’ll ask for a deposit of 800€.
