Ich vermiete meine Altbauwohnung in Berlin-Kreuzberg unter. Die Wohnung hat 2 große Zimmer. An das Schlafzimmer grenzt ein Balkon. Die zwei Zimmer haben Holzdielen. Die Wohnung ist wegen des guten Internets, Druckers und großen Schreibtischs auch sehr gut Home Office geeignet. Mein Boxspringbett misst 1,80 m. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Oled-Fernseher.
Die Küche hat eine Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Das kleine Badezimmer verfügt aber über eine große Dusche (1,30m × 0,8m), wird aber gerade noch umgebaut. Deswegen habe ich noch keine Fotos gemacht. Sobald das Bad fertig ist, reiche ich Fotos nach :)
Ich wohne im Herzen Kreuzbergs und schaue direkt auf die Markhallte Neun, sowie die beliebte Bar Lerchen&Eulen.
Zur nächsten U-Bahnstation Görlitzer Bahnhof läuft man 6 Minuten. In 14 Minuten ist man von da bspw. am KaDeWe.
In der Markthalle gibt es fast täglich einen Markt (Bäcker, Gemüse, Fleisch, Fisch, Käse etc.). Dort ist auch ein DM und das nächste Lidl ist 500 m entfernt.
Das Angebot an Restaurants und Bars ist riesig! Man kann zu jeder Uhrzeit etwas zu essen und zu trinken bekommen.
