I am looking for a responsible and trustful person to sublet my apartment from 4 to 25 January.
I offer a cosy 50 mq 2-room-apartment in the beautiful Bötzowkiez.
Bus 200: 3 min walking distance.
Tram M4: 5 min walking distance.
Tram 10: 8 min walking distance.
S-Bahn (Greifswalderstr.): 10 min.
Nearby is also Edeka, Denns, Rewe and lots of nice cafés and restaurants. The Volkspark Friedrichshain 3 mins by foot.
I am looking for a responsible and respectful person that can take care of the apartment while I am travelling. Watering the plants once a week would be also amazing :)
The total rent for the 21 days is 700 € (all inclusive). I am asking for additional 1000 € deposit, which you will get back in case everything is fine.
It is not possible to sublet the apartment for a shorter time, unless you are okay paying the rent for the whole period mentioned above.
Please answer by stating why you need the apartment and what you are currently doing in Berlin.
