I am moving out of Berlin by 15 February 2025. I am looking for someone to take over my apartment and most importantly, to buy all my furniture. I will recommend you to my landlord as a friend to take over my flat. I have been renting this flat for 7 years. The furniture I am selling costs a total of EUR 7.000 with the items below (you can pay in 2 instalments if too expensive one time). The apartment is immediately fully livable and I legally rent it out (with the landlord’s permission) on Airbnb when I am away from Berlin.
