Ich biete meine gesamte, voll und hochwertig möblierte Wohnung zur Kurzzeitmiete an, da ich mich auf Reisen befinde.
Die Wohnung ist vom 01.03.2025 – 30.03.2025 zu vermieten. (Ich bin im April + ein paar Tage flexibel)
Da ich mit der Wohnung keinen Profit mache und sich meine persönlichen Sachen in der Wohnung befinden, ist mir ein gutes Vertrauensverhätnis besonders wichtig!
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Große Küche mit allen Elektrogeräten + Sitzbereich/Arbeitsbereich + Waschmaschine. Bett, Couch, TV, W-LAN. Home office möglich. Großes Bad mit Badewanne. Handtücher und Bettwäsche.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Keine Partys! Nur an Einzelpersonen zu vermieten.
Online Besichtigung mit Video Call / dann ggf. persönliches Kennenlernen und Besichtigung in Person.
Die Kaution 1000€ und die Miete von 910 € pro Monat (All in) sind im Voraus zu entrichten.
Die Kaution wird am letzten Tag sofort zurückerstattet!

I am offering my entire, fully and high quality furnished apartment for short term rent, as I am traveling.
The apartment is for rent from 01.03.2025 - 30.03.2025. (I am flexible in April + a few days)
Since I am not making a profit with the apartment and my personal belongings are in the apartment, a good relationship of trust is particularly important to me!
The apartment is fully equipped. Large kitchen with all electrical appliances + sitting area/work area + washing machine. Bed, couch, TV, W-LAN. Home office possible. Large bathroom with bathtub. Towels and bed linen.
Registration is not possible. No parties! For rent to individuals only.
Online viewing with video call / then possibly personal meeting and viewing in person.
The deposit of 1000€ and the rent of 910 € per month (all in) are to be paid in advance.
The deposit will be refunded immediately on the last day!
