SUBLET - 1 Month - 26.02.-02.04 - flexible dates in between

I am subletting my flat, since I will be gone for at least six weeks.
The first possible date is 26 February and for sure until 2 April with possible extension of one or two weeks.
The dates in between can be flexible if you’re only want to Sublet for a shorter period.

It’s a lovely two room apartment with everything that you might need for your stay in Berlin.
Great bed, big closet, spacious living room, fully equipped, home office workspace (with standing desk! Like those cute TikToks 😅😂)

Supermarket, Tram, Cafes and restaurants are all less than two minutes walking distance.

We can talk about the price depend depending on the period that you would want to sublet.

Perfect for one or two persons.
The couch sleeps 2 comfortably as well.

My miniature poodle lives here with me, but she’s an anti allergic dog, and the space will be professionally cleaned before you move in. And I will remove all dog stuff 😅

My cleaning lady will also come every two weeks and I will cover the costs.
