Hi,
my girlfriend and me are on vacation for four weeks in February and March and we would like to sublet our apartment which comes with two easy-going cats you would need to take care of during your stay.
Our apartment has two bedrooms and one living room. It is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony attached to the living room. The spacious south-facing living room has a big couch, a dining table and a beamer plus sound system. It embraces the sun with lots of indoor and outdoor plants.
Both bedrooms have fully equipped workstations, including a monitor.
While the master bedroom faces north to the quiet courtyard, the 2nd bedroom faces south onto a calm side street. Both rooms are equipped with remote office facilities.
Attached to the kitchen is a pantry with a washing machine and the cat toilets.
The neighbors around us are super nice people and a very caring community. Together with my love and our two cats, it is those people that make this place feel like home.
The Bergmannkiez is located in the heart of Kreuzberg and Berlin with many restaurants, bars and cafés within walking distance from the apartment. There is also an Italian restaurant on the ground floor of the building which we can highly recommend for their vegetarian pizzas and different types of spritz :) you also have the Marheinekeplatz with a weekly farmers market on Saturday and a bunch of cute shops on Bergmannstraße and adjacent streets within a couple minutes walk. Also in walking distance is the Tempelhofer Feld for long strolls past the driving lane to visit the sheep or to go for a run.
