I am going abroad for work, so I am looking to sublet my super cozy and super central apartment in Kreuzberg for 3 months. The flat has everything you might need from dishwasher, to washing machine to cooking utensils and kitchen gadgets. Then bathroom as a shower and a bathtub. The entire flat gets a lot of light and you will have a rather rare view over Berlin :) The living room has a dining table as well as a huuge couch and TV (if Netflix and co. is your jam). There is a balcony with a sofa on it, for you to enjoy the sunshine in the afternoon as well as the sunsets.

As you can probably tell, theres quite a few plants in the apartment - but the plantcare will be taken care of, so you don't need to worry about this :)

The area is extremely central. You are 1-2 mins walking from 248 and M41 busses, as well as a 3 minute walk to the U6 and U3/U1. You also have an Sbahn station only 15 minute walking away. You can get to Warschauerstr in 15 mins, Kudamm also in 15, Alexanderplatz in 10 and Potsdamer Platz in 7.

There are cafes, bakeries, pharmacy, Döner, Falafel etc all within 5mins walking. You also have access to Lidl, Edeka and Rewe.

While the location is very central, this is a quiet part of Kreuzberg - which is quite nice, as you still have all the busy streets with a lot going on nearby. You will also be walking distance from the Canal :)

I can offer Anmeldung for 1 Person. Unfortunately no pets allowed. Smoking only on the balcony.
