Wunderschöne Wohnung vom 11. Februar bis 25. Februar 2025 zu vermieten. Passend für eine einzelne Person, ein Pärchen oder 2 Freunde. Die erste Woche werden wir beide nicht da sein, die zweite Woche (18. -25.) ist das Wohnzimmer frei mit 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten und ich (Johanna) werde im kleinen Schlafzimmer sein. Es ist aber gut möglich, dass ich vom 20.- 24. wieder verreist bin.
WOHNUNG: Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und zwei Schreibtische zum Arbeiten, Dusche und Bad sind separat und eine gemütliche große Küche mit Waschmaschine.
Wir werden nicht in Berlin sein und daher ist unsere Wohnung an liebe Menschen zu vermieten!

We rent our beautiful apartement from 11. February until 25. February 2025! Suitable for a single person, a couple or 2 friends. The first week we will not be there, the second week (18.-25.) I will be there and sleeping in the small room. But its most possible that I will be traveling again from February 20.-24.
APARTEMENT: The Apartement has a Sleeping Room with a small balkony, a big Living Room with Sofa suitable for sleeping and 2 Tables for Working, the Bathroom with Shower is seperated from the Toilet, and a cozy big Kitchen with a Washing Mashine. The sofa is good to sleep on as well and there is a folding matess.
We are looking for lovely people to stay in our Apartement!

LAGE: Lichtenberg liegt im Osten von Berlin direkt hinter Friedrichshain.
Die Anbindung an die Öffentlichen ist super, die U-Bahn Lichtenberg ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, die U-5 bringt einen in 12min zum Alexanderplatz und in ca. 20 zum Hauptbahnhof. Zudem ist die S-Bahn Lichtenberg in 7min zu Fuß zu erreichen mit Verbindung zur S5 und S7.
LOCATION: Lichtenberg is located in the east of Berlin directly behind Friedrichshain.
The Connections to public transport is perfect, because the U-Bahn is only a 5 min walk away (U5 brings you in 12min to Alexanderplatz and in about 20 min to Hauptbahnhof (Cantral Station). The S-Bahn Lichtenberg is by foot to reach in 7min with connection to S5 and S7.
SONSTIGES: Rauchen auf dem Balkon. Das Haus ist ein Altbau, daher ist es etwas hellhörig und man hört die Nachbarn ab und an. (Wollte es nur vorab erwähnen für den Fall, dass du nur auf eine 100% stille Wohnung aus bist ;)
ADDITIONAL: Smoking on the Balkony. The House is quiet old, therefore its possible to hear the neighbors from time to time. Just wanted to mention it in case you are very sensitiv.
