I would like to sublet my apartment for 1180€ (electricity up to 80€ and hot water/heating up to 100€ are included)

it's 46 m², a big & sunny living room attached to an open kitchen and a balcony, a big sunny separate bedroom and a bathroom,

- Anmeldung is possible
- A fully equipped Kitchen with undercabinet lighting, a nice induction stove, and an oven.
- A Mar 2023 renovation was done for the balcony, a new gutter, and a fresh painting,
- Fast internet connection, up to 1000 Mbit/s
- 180x200 cm boxspring bed
- 65-inch OLED tv
- A sofa that can turn into a guest bed
- a refrigerator-freezer combo with an ice dispenser, a dishwasher, and a newly bought washing machine. All are extremely quiet while operating and were fit to stay in the living room.
- It's a quiet building and not facing the str directly, the neighbors and the landlord wish to keep it this way.
- Everything else you need at home, such as a vacuum cleaner, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc., is available.

a viewing can be arranged. on the 13th-14th Feb
The handover should be done +- few days from March 1st

There's a good possibility of an extension as I will be traveling for work.
