Die 2-Raum-Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist 45 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich im vierten Obergeschoss. Sie ist gut mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Es steht ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchennische zur Verfügung. Daneben ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC. Darüber hinaus kann der überdachte Balkon genutzt werden.

Ausgestattet ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem 140x200 cm Bett. Das Wohnzimmer bietet eine gemütliche Couch und Fernseher mit guter Soundanlage.

Selbstverständlich wird im Kleiderschrank Platz gemacht, damit Du nicht aus dem Koffer leben musst! Und wenn die mitgebrachten Socken doch nicht reichen, können Waschmaschinen in der Waschküche genutzt werden.

WICHTIG - die Kosten schlüsseln sich insgesamt auf wie folgt:

The 2-room non-smoking apartment is 45 square meters in size and is located on the fourth floor. It is easily accessible by elevator. There is a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and WC. The covered balcony can also be used.

The bedroom is furnished with a 140x200 cm bed. The living room has a comfortable couch and TV with a good sound system.

Of course, space is made in the closet so that you don't have to live out of a suitcase! And if you don't have enough socks with you, you can use the washing machines in the laundry room.

IMPORTANT - the total costs are broken down as follows:

For the month of March a total of 880 € (VB)

Im Herzen von Berlin, unweit vom Alexanderplatz im Norden und dem Kottbusser Tor, liegt die Wohnung und somit super zentral. In der Nähe ist das Märkische Museum sowie der Alte Hafen, welche in der Historie Berlins eine wichtige Rolle gespielt haben.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Tür (2 min entfernt) mit einem Alnatura-Supermarkt und einem Netto. Dazu gibt es nicht unweit einen Lidl-Markt sowie einen Edeka. Bei letzterem befindet sich auch ein Drogeriemarkt. Ca. 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt sind ebenso diverse Spätis, Cafés und Restaurants erreichbar.

Zu Fuß bist Du in circa 15 bis 20 Minuten am Alexanderplatz.

In der Nähe gibt es mit der U2 am Märkischen Museum eine Ost-West-Verbindung (ca. 5 Minuten entfernt) sowie mit der U8 (ca. 10 Minuten entfernt) eine Nord-Süd-Verbindung.

Darüber hinaus kann auch die S-Bahn-Haltestelle an der Jannowitzbrücke in ca. 15 Minuten Entfernung gut erreicht werden.

In the heart of Berlin, not far from Alexanderplatz in the north and Kottbusser Tor, the apartment is very centrally located. Nearby is the Märkisches Museum and the Old Harbor, which have played an important role in Berlin's history.

Shopping facilities are right on the doorstep (2 minutes away) with an Alnatura supermarket and a Netto. There is also a Lidl supermarket and an Edeka not far away. The latter also has a drugstore. Various Spätis, cafés and restaurants are also around 5-10 minutes' walk away.

You can walk to Alexanderplatz in around 15 to 20 minutes.

There is an east-west connection nearby with the U2 at the Märkisches Museum (approx. 5 minutes away) and a north-south connection with the U8 (approx. 10 minutes away).

In addition, the S-Bahn stop at Jannowitzbrücke is about 15 minutes away.
