my name is Robert and I sublet my sunny, calm & comfortable furnished apartment with a balcony and a really nice view until for the indicated dates. Potentially even longer.
The minimum rental period is 3 months and the dates are relatively flexible.

All additional costs, such as electricity, internet, GEZ, water, heating, ... are already included.

It is located in the south of one of the city's most happening neighborhoods - the nicest restaurant, clubs, bars, organic shops, and cafes are reachable in within 2 minutes.
Within 2 minutes walking distance away you can also find the Train Station "Ostkreuz" and the "Sonntagsstraße" and the "Revaler Straße". Also in a short walking distance away you can reach the "Warschauer Straße" and the "Boxhagener Platz".

From the train station Ostkreuz you can easily go anywhere in Berlin because Ostkreuz is one of the main stations of public transport in Berlin.
