Da sich unsere 2er WG auflöst, biete ich unsere Wohnung zum Tausch an. Achtung! Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich, ein Untermietvertrag evt. machbar. Die Wohnung gehört eigentlich einer Freundin von mir, die aber selbst auf einem Hausboot wohnt. Bitte nur melden, wenn das für dich/euch kein Problem darstellt.

Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche und zwei Zimmer, die zur Straße rausgehen, eines davon mit Balkon. Das Bad ist in typischer Berliner Altbau-Manier schmal und klein. In der Küche gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Einen Keller gibt es nicht, dafür eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Das Haus ist recht ruhig, viele Singles und junge Familien wohnen hier.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, der U-Bhf Frankfurter Tor liegt in 10 Minuten Fußnähe, die Ringbahn ca. 15 Minuten. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele süße Cafés, der Boxi ist auch in zwanzig Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Clubs und Bars dementsprechend quasi auch vor der Tür.

Ich selber bin auf der Suche nach einem WG-Zimmer oder einer 1-Zimmer Wohnung unter 600€ warm in Charlottenburg, Schöneberg, Wedding, Moabit, Kreuzberg oder Friedrichshain. Einzugsdatum ist flexibel. Das kleinere Zimmer wird unmöbiliert vermietet, im Großen würde ich nur mein Bett und einiges anderes mitnehmen. Schreibt mir gerne bei Fragen :)
