In schöner ruhiger Anwohnergegend, fußläufig entferntes Bezirkszentrum (Zehlendorf Mitte), dort gibt es Geschäfte des alltäglichen Bedarfs, wie auch kleinere inhabergeführte Läden für allerlei Waren. 950m bis zum S-Bhf Zehlendorf (S1). Haus ist ebenso ruhig wie die Umgebung, WG auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Flurs, sonst Familien und ältere Mieter - 6 Parteien in diesem Aufgang.
Mietvertrag aktuell befristet, da auch wir nur befristeter Mieter sind und unser Vertrag sich immer nur um ein Jahr verlängert, eine weitere Verlängerung war bislang aber kein Problem und wird frühzeitig angegangen.
