My name is Jan and I sublet my 2 room apartment for 6 weeks... Jan-Feb 2025. ( + - 2 weeks possible )
The apartment was renovated in 2009. It's located in an 110 year old residential building.
I have two rooms... one living and one sleeping room + a small modern bathroom with bath tub. The kitchen has enough space for cooking and a seating of 4 people.
Living and sleeping room are both quite big and living room has a balcony.
Smoking allowed, friends allowed, party NOT allowed!!!
I have a Smart TV, Bluray, Netflix account, Soundsystem with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Turntables and thousands of records to discover... mostly electronic dance music.
We live in a trendy part of Neukölln which is one of the youngest and most urban districts of Berlin. Next to my house you can find a lot of very good and cheap restaurant, bars and galleries. Next metro station is just 3 minutes to walk. Bio market just 50 meters away.
