Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte der Wildenbruchstrasse, zwischen Kanal und Sonnenallee. Zu Fuß sind es 3 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle Wildenbruchplatz (Bus 167, 104) und 5 zur Haltestelle Sonnenallee/ Erkstrasse (M41). Die nächste U-Bahn, Rathaus Neukölln (U7), ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

NATUR / SPAZIERENGEHEN:
Direkt am Kanal gelegen!!!
Ein gibt einen kleinen Park, direkt am Wildenbruchplatz. Mit dem Bus 104 ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Treptower Park.

ESSEN / SHOPPING:
Der Weserkiez liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und somit auch viele bekannte Bars (Tier, Ä, Heiner,..) und Cafes (Zimt&Mehl, K-Fetisch). Sowohl um Ausgehen als auch um in der Sonne zu frühstücken, braucht es keinen großen Aufwand. Es gibt viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten - Supermärkte (Am nähesten Rewe, Lidl, Netto) und Zahlreiche Obst und Gemüsehändler, sowie BIO Company, DM. Auch diverse Shoppingmöglichkeiten, von H&M bis zu kleinen Boutiquen (Weserstrasse) sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

The apartment is situated in the middle of the Wildenbruchstrasse, inbetween the canal and the Sonnenallee. 3 Minutes to the Busstop "Wildenbruchplatz" (Bus 167, 104), 5 to Busstop "Sonnenallee/ Erkstrasse" (M41). The next underground station is Rathaus Neukölln (U7), which is about 10 minutes walk (or easily take the bus - it's 1 stop).

NATURE / HAVING A STROLL:
The apartment is situated directly next to the canal, were you can take very nice walks. There is a small Park at Wildenbruchplatz as well, but you can go by bus directly to Treptower Park (takes you 10 minutes) if you want to have a bigger walk.
The garden of the house is as big as a small park as well!!!

FOOD / SHOPPING
The 'Weserkiez' is around the corner, so there are lots of bars to go out at night or small cafes, snackbars and restaurants to eat.
So if you want to party or have breakfast in the sun - it's both easily done. There are many shopping facilities - different supermarkets or small foodstores, were you can shop fresh vegetables and fruits.
The is a pharmacy directly across the street, as well as a bike shop, were you can rent a bike.
There are many place for buying fashion, either big stores like H&M or small boutiques or second hand/ vintage shops, you can all reach by food.

Es gibt einen Wintergarten, der wie ein Balkon nutzbar ist. Und für besonders heiße Tage: wir haben auch einen Ventilator.

Es ist eine Nichtraucher Wohnung (Wintergarten ausgenommen).
