da ich für 2 Monat nicht in Berlin bin, vermiete ich meine kleine 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Kreuzberg unter.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten.
Sie hat ein ca 22m² großes, sehr helles Wohnzimmer und ein ca. 16m² großes Schlafzimmer.
Das Bad ist sehr klein, ist aber völlig ausreichend. In der Küche findet sich Platz für 4-5 Leute.

as I am not in Berlin for 2 month, I am subletting my small 2 room flat in Kreuzberg.
The flat is spacious.
It has a very bright living room of about 22m² and a bedroom of about 16m².
The bathroom is very small, but completely adequate. There is room for 4-5 people in the kitchen.
Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Viele nette Kaffees und Restaurant. Zwanzig Meter zur Markthalle und eine Menge anderer Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch im Winter ist in es in der Bergmannstraße noch verhältnissmäßig freundlich. Die U Bahn Gneisenaustrasse (dort auch 140 und 119 Bus) ist fußläufig in 4 Min. zu erreichen und in 2 Minuten der erste Bus. Man ist eigentlich in max. einer halben Stunde fast überall.
The location is simply fantastic. Many nice cafes and restaurants. Twenty metres to the market hall and a lot of other shopping possibilities. Even in winter it is still relatively friendly in Bergmannstraße.
The U Bahn Gneisenaustrasse (also 140 and 119 buses there) is a 4-minute walk away and the first bus is 2 minutes away. You can get almost anywhere in half an hour.
Ich suche einen ruhigen und umsichtigen Zwischenmieter. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr Pärchengeeignet. Wenn ihr Lust habt meine wohnung mal zu besichtigen, schreibt mir einfach. Ich freue mich.
