Hey!!! Our flat will be free for a bit more than two months because we will be traveling, that’s why we are looking for a sweet person that can take good care of our flat. The rooms are beautiful, full of sunlight bc of a huge glass front and balcony. The flat is located right next to Tempelhofer Park and the Metro Station Boddinstr in the beloved Schillerkiez.
Everything you need, you can find here, people, bars, supermarkets, music, room for Sport activities.. turkish Food, Sudanese Food, anything gorgeous.
We are looking for someone trustworthy that can rent it for the entire period. The rent indicated is per month.
If you are looking for something to stay longer, we can talk about the option to share the flat between 08 of February and 23 of March 2025. Alternatively, a friend of mine is renting her flat between Feb and March for two months, if you need something afterwards.
