möbliertes WG-Zimmer Altbauwohnung/ furnished wg-room

Hi, ich bin Charlotte, komme aus Berlin & studiere Design an der weißensee. Ich suche von Oktober bis Ende Dezember (Einzug auch schon Ende September möglich) eine*n Mitbewohner*in zur Zwischenmiete und würde mich voll freuen, wenn du das wärst :)

Das Zimmer ist möbliert, kostet 567€ warm und beinhaltet neben Strom und Heizung auch die Nutzung des Internets.
Weil sich die Wohnung im Hinterhaus befindet ist es sehr schön ruhig und man hört nichts vom Verkehr draußen, der allerdings dafür verantwortlich ist, dass man sehr schnell an vielen zentralen Orten Berlins ist. Mit dem Bus 109, der direkt vor der Tür fährt, ist man zum Beispiel innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Zoo. U2 und U7 sind auch direkt in der Nähe und für alle Student*innen: Die UdK oder auch TU Berlin sind in 10 Minuten erreicht.

In der Gegend gibt es super viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants und der Schlosspark Charlottenburg, die Spree oder der Lietzenseepark laden zum Joggen oder Spazieren gehen ein.

Ich würde mich sehr freuen dich oder euch in meiner Wohnung willkommen zu heißen und und bin jederzeit happy dich zur Besichtigung einzuladen! :)

The room is furnished, costs 567€ warm and includes electricity, heating and internet access.
Because the apartment is in the rear building, it is very quiet and you can't hear any of the traffic outside. The traffic though is responsible for the fact that you can get to many central places in Berlin very quickly. For example, the 109 bus, which stops right outside the door, takes you to the zoo within 10 minutes. The U2 and U7 lines are also close by. For all students: The UdK or TU Berlin can be reached in 10 minutes.

There are lots of shops, cafés and restaurants in the area and the Charlottenburg Palace Park, the Spree or the Lietzensee Park are great places to go jogging or for a walk.

I would be very happy to welcome you in my apartment and am always happy to invite you for a viewing! :)
