Subletting my apartment for a few months. I live here by myself but the flat is also perfect for a couple.
It's a lovely apartment with old wooden floors. It's on the third floor of the back building so it is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen has a dining table and is fully equipped. Large bedroom/living room has a very comfy double bed, sofa, desk and clothes rail. Bathroom has a bath and washing machine.
In the heart of Graefekiez, many cafes and restaurants in walking distance as well as the U8.
No smoking in the apartment and no shoes in the house please! Wifi is available.
Located in the heart of Graefekiez, in Kreuzberg/Neukoln lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants right on the doorstop. The famous Landwehr canal and Maybachufer market are just around the corner. Schönleinstrasse U-Bahn (U8) is a 3 minute walk away. Kottbusser Tor and Hermannplatz are also close by.
