Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung vom 9. Februar bis 7. März.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, mit modernem Fußboden, Küche und Bad mit Badewanne.
Eines der Highlights der Wohnung ist mein super bequemes 1,8mx2,0m Boxspringbett.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem gemütlichen Sofa, einem großen Fernseher inklusive SkyTicket, Amazon Prime, einer PS4 und Teufel Wifi-Lautsprechern ausgestattet. Wenn du planst, von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten, habe ich einen 27"-Ultra-HD-Monitor, den du nutzen kannst, und eine 100-Mbit-Internetverbindung.
Die Couch dient als Bett für Übernachtungsgäste.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus gibt es direkten Zugang zum Balkon, der nach Südosten ausgerichtet ist, so dass du die Sonne bis zum frühen Nachmittag genießen kannst. Außerdem kann man beim Blick aus dem Fenster die obere Hälfte des Fernsehturms Alex sehen :)
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, u.a. Backofen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Nespresso-Maschine und Smoothie-Maker.

I am renting out my cozy compact flat from February 9th to March 7th.
The entire apartment has been recently renovated including modern floor, kitchen and bathroom with a bath tub.
One of the highlights of the flat is my super comfortable 1,8mx2,0m box-spring bed.
The living room is furnished with a comfy sofa, large TV including SkyTicket, Amazon Prime, a PS4 and Teufel wifi speakers. If you are planning to work from home, I have a 27" Ultra HD monitor which you may use and a 100Mbit internet connection.
The couch serves as bed for overnight guests.
From the living room you have access to the balcony - south-east oriented so you can enjoy the sun until the early afternoon. Also, looking out the window you can see the upper half of TV tower Alex :)
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, amongst others an oven, laundry, dishwasher, nespresso machine and a smoothie maker.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg, buchstäblich in der Mitte von Berlin (FunFact: ein paar hundert Meter die Straße hinunter gibt es einen Stein, der den geographischen Mittelpunkt der Stadt markiert). Das heißt, innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du jeden der beliebten Bezirke wie Mitte, Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauerberg usw.. Wem das Radfahren zu sportlich ist, der findet eine Bushaltestelle eine Minute entfernt oder die U-Bahnstation Moritzplatz in ~5min Fußweg.
10-15 Minuten die Straße hinunter kommt man zum Landwehrkanal, wo ich gerne einen Nachmittagsspaziergang mache oder joggen gehe.
Was Lebensmittel angeht, gibt es einen EDEKA um die Ecke, einen türkischen Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, einen Bio-Laden am Moritzplatz und ein Stück weiter einen Lidl.
Was das Nachtleben betrifft, so gibt es mehrere Bars in der Oranienstraße oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Kottbusser Tor. Der nächstgelegene Club, Ritter Butzke, ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.

The flat is located in Kreuzberg, literally in the centre of Berlin (fun fact: a few hundred meters down the street there is a stone that marks the geographic centre of the city). That said, within 15min by bike you get to any of the popular districts like Mitte, Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauerberg etc.. If taking the bike sounds too sporty, there is a bus station a minute away or metro station Moritzplatz in ~5min walking distance.
10 minutes the street you arrive at the canal (Landwehrkanal), where I like to take an afternoon stroll or go for a run.
Concerning groceries, there is an EDEKA literally around the corner, a turkish supermarket across the street, a Bio-Laden at Moritzplatz and a little bit further there is a Lidl.
Regarding nightlife you find several Bars down Oranienstraße or walk 10min to Kottbusser Tor. The closest club, Ritter Butzke, is just a stone throw away.
