Subletting my apartment in the nicest area of Prenzlauer Berg – Kollwitzkiez, while I will be abroad on March 8 — April 21 (possibly a bit longer). Flexible dates, but minimum from 1 month.
Gorgeous views, very big balcony, lots of light, high ceilings.
1 bedroom, 1 living room, and a semi-open kitchen. Bathroom with a bathtub.
Has everything for comfortable stay as well as for work at home (large desk, display, fast wifi).
I would love to sublet it to one person or a couple. Please be caring enough to not through big parties here or trash the place.
Located in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg Kollwitzkiez on Prenzlauer Allee. That means tons of Prenzlauer Berg's nice cafes, bars and shops around.
15 mins walk to Mitte.
It is right in front of a tram station for M2 which brings you to both Alexanderplatz & S Prenzlauer Allee in 6 minutes. Otherwise it's just 15 minutes walk to them in both directions. Also U2 is in 8 minutes walk.
Park am Wasserturm is right behind the block. And Volkspark Friedrichshain is nearby.
The place is on the 5th floor with no elevator. Rewarded with an amazing view.
