Hallo,
wir verreisen und vermieten unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung für ca. 3 Wochen (vom 11. April bis zum 04. Mai) unter.
Da es nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett gibt, ist die Wohnung bestens für Singles oder Paare geeignet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Rixdorf ganz in der Nähe vom Böhmischen Platz, ca. 5 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Sonnenallee und 10 Min vom U-Bahnhof Karl-Marx-Str. entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle (Busse M41 und 171) ist um die Ecke. Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Miete beträgt inklusive aller Kosten 800 Euro für den gesamten Zeitraum. 500 Euro Kaution kommen noch hinzu.
Wir möchten die Wohnung natürlich nur jemandem überlassen, der vertrauenswürdig und respektvoll ist. Besonders WICHTIG ist uns, dass die Person sich um die vielen PFLANZEN kümmert und nicht raucht.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
