Hallo! We’re offering our cozy home while we’re away on vacation. The price is €55 per night, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. Ideally, we’re looking to rent it for 9 nights (04 Oct - 13 Oct).
Our apartment is perfect for one person or a couple, with 51m² of space. It’s not suitable for shared living (WG). It has two separate rooms (so it’s not a studio): 1 bedroom + 1 living room.
There’s also a separate kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, etc.
The flat is functional and lovingly maintained, and you’ll also have access to a washing machine, a desk for working, and a screen for your entertainment.
It’s located on a quiet street with very little traffic, offering peaceful surroundings while being well-connected by public transport. There’s also plenty of parking available in the area.

House rules:
Since the walls are quite thin, it’s important to keep noise down after 10 PM.
No parties or large gatherings.
No pets are allowed, unfortunately.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
