wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung in Charlottenburg für den Monat August unter! Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und liegt im zweiten Stock im Hinterhaus, was gerade im Sommer sehr angenehm ist.
Mit zwei großen Zimmern und einer gemütlichen Küche ist die Wohnung perfekt für ein Pärchen oder eine WG!
Schreibt uns gerne auch, wenn ihr bloß an einem der beiden Zimmer interessiert seid!
Der Zimmerpreis läge dann bei 400€.

we are subletting our beautiful apartment in Charlottenburg for the month of august. The flat consists of two big rooms, a spacious kitchen, and a bathroom. The flat stays fully furnished.
It´s located on the second floor of the backhouse which makes it the perfect cool space for summer in Berlin. The are is super green (with a lot of parks and the river Spree right in front of the doorstep) but still very good connected to the city (Ringbahn 10min and U-Bahn U7 5 min walk).
If you are interested in renting the whole flat - or only one of the two rooms - just write us a message.
The price per single room would be 400 €

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden: Die U7 Station Mierendorfplatz ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und auch die Ringbahn ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem ist man mit dem Fahrrad schnell an Tiergarten, Ku'damm und Kantstraße.
Das schönste ist wohl, dass der Schlosspark und die Spree direkt vor der Haustür liegen und es auch im Kiez diverse Cafés und Frühstückshäuser gibt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Netto, Rewe) sind ebenfalls fußläufig in 7 Minuten erreichbar.
TU und UdK sind mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
