I'm renting out my apartment for 2 months, from February 2025 until March 2025 - for a total of 1800 for the entire period. I will be away during that time, so only those dates will work.

The total monthly cost is 900 Euros, which includes: rent, water, electricity, heating, Internet access.
Deposit 900€. I will also ask you to pay the deposit and first month upfront. nonnegotiable.

I'm looking for warm people, who will truly appreciate my place and feel at home. I would love to get to know you in person since you will stay in my private space and we will sign a proper sublet contract, which I will provide.

2 huge rooms, very bright light. Perfect for a couple or 2 friends in a safe and centered Berlin neighborhood.
Located in a historic building on the 4th floor. Around the house is very quiet and relaxed but, just a few blocks away you'll find a very vibrant area with a great choice of restaurants, cafes, stores, bars, cultural events, parks, flea markets on Sundays (Boxhagener Platz).  Located next to metro station Weberwiese (metro U5 & Tram station, or S-bhan (train) Warschauer Straße).

Very close to many supermarkets, bars & restaurants (Boxhagener Platz). 3 metro stations from Alexanderplatz The flat is very well furnished with a big double bed, a big sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped.
