Completely renovated 3 years ago, the flat is 53m2 on the 3th floor. My plants will be your roommates and will need some caring :)
 The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a modern dishwasher. Plus a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub. The living room has a nice comfortable couch, a dining table and a TV . Electricity, water and heating is included.


The apartment is located on Wipperstraße close to the beautiful and historic Richardplatz. It is a 2-minute walk to S + U Neukölln with connections to the Ringbahn and U7. There are several cafes, restaurants, doctors and bakeries within walking distance. There is also a large selection of different shopping options. The Körnerpark is in the immediate vicinity. The Tempelhofer Feld and the Hasenheide can be reached within 10 minutes by bike.
