I'm subletting my apartment from October to December. I love my apartment, it's super pretty, petit, with a lovely balcony. My neighbors are super nice too. It is important that you take care of the apartment and clean it while you are there. Also, you must be willing to water the plants. Please don't party excessively and don't bring any pets. Apart from that, you'll have wifi and a washing machine, a quiet area and trees out back. The park is very close and it's easy to relax here even though it's so central. I am looking forward to hearing from you :)

M10, M8, M5 and M6 are in 5 minutes walking distance. It takes you up to 10 minutes to the Ringbahn. As mentioned, there's a park nearby. Also, down the street, there's a post office, some burger joints and a lovely small bio-shop with great coffee! You'll enjoy the quiet and you'll appreciate that everything of convenience is super close by.
