Hello Dear, I am searching for a person that wants to stay for a quick period of 7 til 14 days. The price is per week for one person and includes all costs.
The deposit is non negotiable and you will get it back 3 days after the rental ends and the appartment is as clean and in good condition as you found it.
I am looking for a careful person whom I can trust with my lovely furniture and plants. Ideally you will be in berlin for working or studying.
