The apartment is super bright with a 10m2 bedroom and separate 12m2 kitchen + cozy balcony facing a quiet. large courtyard to the south west with sun all day. The 20m2 living room faces north east and the bathroom has a window and a bath tub.
There’s a washing machine and dishwasher and storage space for bikes in the basement.
It is a very loved and peaceful place with lots of plants and I am looking for someone to treat it well while I am away :)
The U6 Rehberge is only a 4 minute walk away and supermarkets like Kaufland and Edeka are about 8 minutes on foot. Rehberge and Ploetzensee are only 10 minutes by bike and super lovely in summer!
There is lots of parking and the area is very green and quiet so perfect as a place to rest and come home to after a hectic day.
Out for a vacation and if anyone needs a littlw vacation/spot in between im happy to help. Will also be available again 27.3. - 14.4.
