Welcome to our beautiful flat located close to Volkspark Friedrichshain!
Our flat consists of 2 rooms which can be used individually or together.
We have 2 rooms:
The smaller room is used as a bedroom with a big double bed and very quiet as it faces the backyard with a beautiful tree.
The bigger room is normally used as a living room, but also has a build in queen size bed.
We also have a cosy couch where you can chill and a projector where you can watch movies. It is super beautiful with lots of natural light and plants.
The livingroom has a small balcony, that is perfect for a breakfast in the sun for 2 people
Our kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge and all utensils you could need for cooking.
The bathroom is very small and has a shower and a washing machine.
We are located in the northern area of Friedrichshain.
The Volkspark Friedrichshain is just 7 min walking away.
Very friendly and safe neighbourhood.
There are several supermarkets close by: Netto (2min), Rewe, Edeka, Bio Company (5 min).
We have a good connection to the public transport:
Trams: Strassmanstrasse (3min): M10 going to Warschauer Strasse and Prenzlauer Berg
or Landsberger Allee /Petersburger Str (5min): M5, M6, M8 going Mitte, Hauptbahnhof, Prenzlauer Berg, Lichtenberg
U Bahn: Weberwiese or Frankfurter Tor (10 min walking) U5 going to Friedrichsfelde and Mitte
S-Bahn: Landsberger Allee (15 min walk or 1 station with M5, M6, M8) - Ring Bahn S41, S42
We also have the best pizza in town around the corner (Pomodorino), a very good asian restaurant, really good burger place (Rembrandt Burger) and several other food places, a small independent cinema, a bakery, several Spätis, a pharmacy, fitness studios and everything you can wish for around the corner.
Clubs like Berghain, Kater Blau and Sisyphos are also easy to reach.

We love this flat very much and we designed it with a lot of heart. We build everything by ourselves, so please be respectful with our furniture and belongings.
You can use everything in kitchen and bathroom (spices, pantry items, cleaning supplies, etc. ) just put it back after use and inform us if empty.
Wifi is reliable and fast.
We live in a very quiet house and have a good relationship with our neighbors. If you are looking for a party flat, this is not the perfect fit for you (but we can provide you with information on where to party)
