All windows face southwest, which makes the apartment very bright and friendly. In addition, you have a great view over the trees in the Schillerpromenade.

The apartment is very centrally located, a 5 minute walk to Tempelhofer Feld (an old airfield with a lot of space for running and relaxing) and 5 minutes to the U8 Leinestraße, from where you can get to the Ringbahn or to the centre of Kreuzberg within a few minutes.
In the area there are several supermarkets, Spätis and restaurants.
Every Saturday, there is a nice market around the Herrfurthkirche. The area offers a good mix of hipster cafes and old Berlin corner pubs.
