The apartment is located in Friedrichshain, just 2 walking minutes from Samariterstraße / Boxhagener Platz.
15 min by train from Berlin central station --> Samariter Straße.
Right in front of the door you have a coffee place with great coffee and croissants. In my street there are multiple restaurant options. Just minutes away is Boxhagener Platz with a flea- and food market every Weekend.
Countless Bars and Restaurant options just around the corner. (I can give you a few recommendations if you want).
4 big Supermarkets for grocery shopping, also in walking distance.
Lots of Nightclubs are just around the corner. (Berghain 5 min by Taxi. Kater Blau 8 min, Watergate 8 min).

This is not an AirBNB. Normally I live in this flat so it is important for me to rent it out to someone that knows how to be respectful to my plants, books and furniture. No Party people please, even if it's absolutely fine to play music at my place.

I have a new couch, new pictures on the wall, new plants and new lamps.. So the flat will look BETTER than in the pictures, not the other way round. :-) I'll try to update the pictures soon.
