Important: For plant lovers only (meaning people who take good care of plants)! 🌿
2 bedrooms (22m2 and 15m2). Each of them has a 140 cm bed and a desk with an external screen.
+ big living room (20m2) awesome garden, kitchen, bathroom, and a truly quiet neighbourhood 50m from the forest.

5min cycling + 25min with S3 and you're in Warschauerstraße!!
10 mins cycling to Müggelsee (Wim Hoffers, anyone? ❄️🏊)
The flat is at the outer edge of Berlin but in turn offers beautiful nature (big forest right next to the house, big lake nearby) and real calm. If you are looking for a quiet place to homework, write your thesis, a book or do some cozy wintering away from the city's buzz but with a quick connection there, this is the place.
