I am offering my clean and tidy apartment in the popular district of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg for the month of August 2024.

The apartment is very close to Mauerpark and Mitte. The next Supermarkets (Rewe & Netto) are only 3 walking minutes away. The area is known for its great restaurants and bars, and you’ll find plenty of them within close walking distance. It is a very safe neighborhood and the location of the apartment is very quiet.

The closest subway station is S&U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee, but also U-Bahn Eberswalder Straße and S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee are within short walking distance.

The beautifully decorated and spacious apartment has all you need: a cosy big sofa, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, shower and bathtub, a huge bed (2m x 2m) with a fairly new mattress, fast WLan, a washing machine, a dish washer, and much more. You‘ll have books to read and spices to cook 😊

Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage für August frei!!



Im August ist meine schöne 70qm- Wohnung im Helmholtzkiez frei. Großes Schlafzimmer, großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, Bad, Küche, alles da, alles gepflegt und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Gutes Internet.

Die Lage ist absolut super, direkt zwischen S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee und Schönhauser Allee. Eine Besichtigung ist zeitnah möglich!
