Nearby are cafes, marketplace, shopping, doctor's practices and everything you need for everyday life.
Public transport (station, bus station, city bus) can be reached within 5-15 minutes.
It's just a few minutes to the city park where our property borders.
Leisure facilities such as halls, swimming pools, parks are all within walking distance.

Im Herzen von Bernburg und doch ruhig gelegen.
In der Nähe sind Cafés, der Marktplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Arztpraxen und alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht.
Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung (Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Citybus) sind innerhalb von 5-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Es sind nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Stadtpark, an den unser Grundstück grenzt.
Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Saale, Schwimmhalle, Parks sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen.

We are rather quiet and friendly tenants and are happy to help each other.
Occasionally we do something together, but this is not a condition to move in here.
