Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss (Fenster sind aber hoch, ca 2m), oberhalb des städtischen Krankenhaus.
In 2 Zimmern muss man noch den Boden verlegen. Kann man sich selbst aussuchen und der Vermieter bezahlt das Material.
Küche ist keine drin. Muss man selber besorgen, gekocht wird mit Gas, Backofen über Strom.
Kleiner Balkon.
Das Bad ist ziemlich klein, nur Dusche, Waschbecken, WC.
Heizung extra ! Eigene Gastherme, wird direkt mit dem Versorger abgerechnet. Ca. 60-70€ pro Monat.
Im Haus wohnen nur junge Leute < 30. Ist aber trotzdem kein Partyhaus.
Haustiere sind okay.
