Hey!
Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere derzeitige Wohnung. Wir nutzen diese momentan als WG, sie ist aber genauso gut für Familien nutzbar. Sie hat 3 Zimmer, die alle über einen TV-Anschluss verfügen. Die Zimmer sind ca. 11,5, 14 und 26 m² groß. Wir nutzen das große Zimmer momentan als Wohnzimmer, aber theoretisch könnte auch eine 3er WG einziehen.
Im Bad ist genug Platz für eine Waschmaschine und es verfügt sogar über eine Duschwanne. Die Küche würden wir euch gerne für einen kleinen Abschlag überlassen, inklusive Kühlschrank und Backofen-Herd.
Die Wohnung liegt in Bochum Querenburg. Generell ist man super schnell an der RUB oder der Hochschule Bochum. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Haltestelle, von der man den Hauptbahnhof und das Uni-Center erreichen kann. Man erreicht dadurch innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ALDI, NETTO, REWE und mehr.
Wir mussten damals einen Wohnberichtigungsschein beantragen, aber das ist super einfach im Rathaus möglich.
