Ich plane, meine Wohnung für den Zeitraum von Ende Juli bis Ende September zu vermieten. Denn ich brauche in dieser Zeit einen Praktikumsplatz in einer anderen Stadt.

Die gesamte Wohnung ist etwa 48 Quadratmeter groß und besteht aus einem Badezimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einem Arbeitszimmer und einem Wohnzimmer. Im Arbeitszimmer befindet sich ein bequemes Sofa 😊, die Küche ist mit Mikrowelle mit Backofenfunktion, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank usw. ausgestattet.

Die Bushaltestelle ist 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, der S-Bahnsteig ist 5 Minuten entfernt, das Stadtzentrum ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar und die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend.

Netto befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und im Umkreis von 500 Metern gibt es auch Lidl, Tedi usw. für alle Einkäufe. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants, Blumenläden, Friseure, etc. in der Nachbarschaft.
