Over 3 generations our family has built and managed an appartment building with over 800 sqm² of living space distributed to various appartments.
From modern to country style - from a single studio to a multiple bedroom appartment - each place is uique and different, as it has all been built and designed by the landlord and his family.
The building also contains a little carpenter shop - privatly owned carports-parking space and garages for tenants and guests.
Each appartment has a different style and unique layout but one common theme - wood - light and love to the detail in carpentry!
The landlord worked for a US firm in various countries and will help you to feel at home and manage all your contract related responsibilities -
he will also consult on your topics of interest - e.g. local shopping - entertainment - sports - tourist attractions and recreational activities

Dagersheim is a village with 6000 habitants only 2 miles away from Böblingen - you find various local shops/bancs/bars and restaurants with home delivery service
One mile away you find a major mall with opening hours form 8 am to 10 pm on most days
The appartment will be properly cleaned - carpet cleaned with hot steam and walls refreshed before you move in
All repairs are made by the landlord himself or organized with local experts
We have a huge garden for your personal usage including a barbecue garden house holding space for 8 people equipped with a nice grill
Ausstattung
This appartment is currently fully furnished including all kitchen utilities - TV - washing machine - microwave - oven - refrigerator - Internet/Phone Flat etc.
Given the fact that we still run a carpenter shop - we are also pretty flexible with required furniture.
All you need to bring is your personal belongings!
Office room could also be used as a guest room.
Depending on your needs we are also able to replace some of the existing furniture to fit your needs.
Lage
Only 0.7 miles from our house you can enter a local forrest which is excellent for walks - jogging or mountain bike tours
We are only a few miles away from the well know black forrest area which offers all kind of outdoor activities

The world famous "Kehrwoche" which is common in the local swabian region does not exist with us! You keep your appartment clean and in good condition - we do the same for the outside area - night and day ... four seasons of the year!

Sonstiges
There is no agent fee as the landlord rents directly from private. . If you show any interest - just touch base and we will show the appartment to you.
We currently host 15 tenants in 7 units coming from 6 different countries.
