Fully furnished apartment or house for a couple.

My name is Kevin James Mathews, and I am looking for fully-furnished apartment or a house situated outside Stuttgart Landkreis (Leonberg or Böblingen or Esslingen or Ludwigsburg or Rems-Murr-Kreis) for a couple. I am planning to relocate to a bigger space from my current rental residence to accommodate my girlfriend, and we are interested in renting a property from the beginning of June or latest by July 2024.

I am a reliable and responsible person when it comes to renting a property. I myself own property that I give for rent in my Home Country and therefore understand the importance of maintaining a property very well, and at the same time keeping a harmonious relation between owner and tenant. Additionally, we are both non-smokers and do not have any pets. I am working in Elektrobit GmbH. My girlfriend is doing her master's degree at Hochschule Darmstadt. We are open to discussing longer-term arrangements if preferable.

I can provide you my SCHUFA (request now) score and proof of income if you are interested to proceed with us. We would appreciate it if you could schedule a convenient time for us to visit your property. We are available to visit the property at a mutually convenient time.
