Der Garten darf mitgenutzt werden. In den Nebenkosten sind Strom, Gas, Wasser, Abgaben Stadt und WLAN enthalten. Die Wohnung ist WG geeignet für max. 2 Personen. Ich (Vermieterin) wohne im Erdgeschoss des Hauses.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig an der "grünen Lunge" Beuels. Neben dem Haus weiden die Schafe und im Frühjahr hört man das Blöken der Lämmer. Zum Rhein, Bahnhof oder in die Beueler Innenstadt sind es fünf Fußminuten. In Beuel Mitte gibt es eine große Auswahl an Supermärkten, Wochenmarkt, DM, Frisör, Sport, Blumengeschäft, Bäckereien, Ärzte und Apotheken, Alnatura, Kodi, zwei Kinos, die Brotfabrik, das Brückenforum, diverse Restaurants oder eines der netten kleinen Cafés. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man die Bonner Innenstadt oder den Einstieg in den Wald in 10 Minuten.
