- Kueche mit Utenlisien, Geschirrspuehler und Waschmaschiene, Zugang zu einem kleinen Abstellbalkon (Blick auf Strasse)
- kleines Bad mit Duschwanne
- Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher (Ohne Anschluss aber smart-TV moeglich) mit Zugang auf einen Balkon mit Blick nach Vorne raus
- Hinterer Balkon mit einer Sitzecke
- Forderer Balkon mit Balkontisch und zwei Stuehlen
- ein kleines Arbeitszimmer mit hoehenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, ergonomischem Stuhl und Zugang zum hinteren Balkon

I am looking for a reliable temporary tenant who will enjoy the 3 (2 of them usable) balconies.
Here are a few things that are available in the apartment:
- Bedroom with double bed and access to balcony overlooking garden (bedding available if needed/requested)
- Kitchen with utensils, dishwasher and washing machine, Access to a small storage balcony (view of the street)
- small bathroom with shower tray
- dining and living room with TV (without connection but smart TV possible) with access to a balcony with a view to the front
- rear balcony with a sitting area
- front balcony with table and two chairs
- a small study with height-adjustable desk, ergonomic chair and access to the rear balcony
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Konrad-Adenauer-Brücke. Man ist also direkt am Rhein oder in einem schoenen Café.
Bus und Bahn in 1-2 Minuten
Direkt gegenueber ist ein Aldi, alle andern (auch Bio-)Supermaerkte sind in 3-5 Minuten erreichbar.
In der Stadt ist man in 15 Minuten.
Mit dem Rad geht alles natuerlich noch schneller, z.B. Altstadt in 5-10 Minuten, UN Campus, Telekom etc. in 15 Minuten.
Wenn man mal aus Bonn weg will: mit den Strassenbahnen und zu Fuss ist man schnell am Bonner HBF (20 min laufen) oder Bahnhof Bonn Beuel (15 min laufen).

The apartment is right next to the Konrad Adenauer Bridge. So you are right on the Rhine or in a nice café.
Bus and train in 1-2 minutes.
Directly opposite is an Aldi supermarket, and all other (also organic) supermarkets can be reached in 3-5 minutes.
You can be in Bonn center in 15 minutes (walking).
By bike, of course, everything is even faster, e.g. the old town in 5-10 minutes, UN Campus, Telekom etc. in 15 minutes.
If you want to get out of Bonn, you can quickly get to Bonn main station (20 min walk) or Bonn Beuel station (15 min walk) by streetcar or on foot.
Die Wohnung wird vom 20. Mai bis 31. Dezember untervermietet.
Ich ziehe fuer eine unbestimmte Zeit aus Bonn weg. Deshalb ist das Ende des Vermietungszeitraums flexibel.
