Die Wohnung ist eine helle, geräumige 3 Zimmer Wohnung. Dank Holzboden, Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine und Ofen, Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne fühlte ich mich sich hier sofort zu Hause. Parkgelegenheit gibt's immer vor der Tür. Ein Einzug wäre ab den 01.03.2017 möglich.
Gemütliche Abenden können immer auf die große Terasse durchgebracht werden (auch im Winter mit Decke), oder ganz Einfach in die Wohnung.
Thanks to the cosy wooden floors, built-in kitchen with dishwasher, lots of closet space and an oven, and bathroom with bath and a window which looks into the greenery, I immediately felt right at home. Parking is available at all times and right in front of the door. A jog is possible either uphill into nature or through the cute streets of Kessenich.
Die Wohnung liegt im gemütlichen Bonner Stadtteil Kessenich und ist zu 5 Minuten von der Straßenbahn entfernt. Die Straßenbahn fährt alle 5 Minuten ins Zentrum. Rewe, Apotheke und DM sind ebenso 5 Minuten entfernt, Lidl und ein Fitness so etwa 10. Es ist die perfekte Lage für Leute die gerne in der Nähe vom Zentrum wohnen aber trotzdem gerne ihre eigene Ruhe genießen. Weiterhin ist die Lage perfekt für das Marienkrankenhaus und das Uniklinikum.
The apartment is located in cosy Kessenich with excellent connection to the city center by tram or bus. The tram is a 5 minute walk, as are the nearest shops. The location is ideal for people working in Venusberg or even who have a longer commute, as every part of town is easily accessible, as is the highway.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt und die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet!
